The "Sea Cabin" in Kittery Point

Riverside and Pickering started with the permitting for this "tricky" job and completed all the

steps to its final stage. A new pier needed to be built, however, the cabin couldn't be moved,

even one inch, according to the Maine permitting laws. Riverside and Pickering

demolished the existing wharf, then suspended the cabin in air while rebuilding underneath

with new pilings, supports, float system and wharf. The job was completed in four weeks,

once the permitting was approved.
